Swivel Seat
A swivel seat allows users to turn the stairlift seat around to face the landing, where it will lock in place, allowing for a safe dismount.

Perch Seat / Stand
Should you find sitting down painful, Perch Seats are the ideal solution.
Stairlifts fitted with a perch seat mean the user is almost in a standing position when using the lift. This product is suited for those who have restricted movement in the knee or hip joints.

Hinged Stairlift Rail
In order for the stairlift seat to get low enough for the user to sit on it is necessary for the rail to extend beyond the staircase to the hall floor.
Standard hinged stairlift rails mean you will have to raise and lower the track manually.

Powered Hinged Stairlift Rail
A powered hinged rail allows users to operate the stairlift without the hassel of manually raising or lowering the stairlift track.
When the stairlift is not in use the hinged rail can be folded by using a remote control.

Handicare Slide Track
Developed by Handicare and only available for the Simplicity and Simplicity+ straight stairlift models, the Slide Track removes the need for a hinged rail. Instead the rail moves up the staircase with the stairlift.

Wireless Stairlift Remote
Having a remote control means you can send your stairlift up and down the track without having to sit on it.
This allows you to park the stairlift at the top or bottom of the staircase and is also great for multi-user situations I.E. your stairlift operates via remote control like an elevator.
